What is a Personal Year?
It is the theme that travels with you through one calendar year. It changes every year and follows a 9-year cycle: it opens in Year 1 (beginning), moves through partnership, expression, structure, change, bonds, a pause, and results, and closes in Year 9. Knowing where you are in the cycle helps you understand why some years ask for action and others ask for patience.
How to calculate your 2027 Personal Year
Add the digits of the day and month you were born to the digits of 2027, and reduce to a number from 1 to 9. Example for someone born on May 12: 1 + 2 + 0 + 5 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 7 = 19; 1 + 9 = 10; 1 + 0 = 1. That person lives a Personal Year 1 in 2027. The birth year is not part of the sum.
